Great food, especially the gluten free pizza, one of the best one I&#39;ve ever tasted!

Super creative and visually stunning food! Fantastic taste surprises. Delicious wines. Superior service. Best dinner we&rsquo;ve ever had in Italy (and we&rsquo;ve had a lot of good ones). Highly recommended!

Really delicious food - the lamb was amazing (and I say that as a New Zealander where lamb is very common) and my husband really enjoyed his pasta with sausage and truffle. Definitely worth a visit if you&#39;re in Sorento.

This is a small Bar/Restaurant with young chefs who are creative, fresh and pushing the envelope.  The food was great.

What a wonderful experience-we came across this restaurant in Spoleto after traveling from the US-we were exhausted and just wanted some good food and wine.WOW! Our waitress was delightful-we ordered and you could tell that she had better recommendations so she told us about the fresh pasta that her mother had made that day-we ordered that instead and it was sooo delicious! The chef had given us a red wine by the glass and when we ordered another glass the waitress recommended a different wine-another Wow! It was really really good! We are staying in Spello for 4 weeks and are planning to return to 3.0 Bistro again! It is a tiny little restaurant so make reservations!

pensa decisamente buona, anche per celiaci, cosa non scontata. I prodotti serviti erano squisiti, dai salumi alle tartare per finire alle pietanze col tartufo.

It is quite good, even for chelyacs, which is not expected: the products served were excellent, from salums to tartars to end with turtles.

Cibo ottimo e porzioni generose, nel caso foste pieni consigliamo la doggy bag perch&eacute; anche il giorno dopo la pinsa &egrave; comunque eccellente (simbolo di qualit&agrave; dei prodotti e attenzione nella preparazione). Abbiamo preso fritti, pinze e secondi e niente ci &egrave; rimasto indigesto. L&#39;atmosfera impreziosita ulteriormente dal fatto di aver apparecchiato fuori alle luci dei monumenti che circondano il locale. Anche il servizio &egrave; stato attento e preciso alle nostre richieste. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Excellent food and generous portions, in case you were full we recommend the doggy bag because even the day after the pinch is still excellent (product quality symbol and attention in the preparation). We took frits, pinces and seconds, and nothing left us in digestion, the atmosphere that was more impressive because it appeared out in the lights of the monuments surrounding the local. The service has also been careful and precise to our requests.

Ottimo pranzo in famiglia con bambini, piatti eccellenti fatti da cuoco molto bravo e giovane.

Excellent lunch in family with children, excellent dishes made by very good and young cook.
